The cable sled frame is the foundation of the cable sled system. It is used to mount specific plates and/or shortening clamps (#16-280 series) in various arrangement to adapt the sled for low- or-high-rise installations. Use the cable sled system to significantly reduce installation time by pulling in 6-8 ropes at once. This method maintains control over the ropes by preventing twisting, torquing, or crossovers, and can reduce sheave wear and significantly improve rope life and system performance.
