These wire rope gauges test for worn grooves. Manufactured to a diameter plus a tolerance. This size allows the groove to have a slightly larger diameter than the wire rope it supports. When the gauge is placed in the groove, the geometries should match without any space at the sides or bottom. Includes 17 gauges. There are 17 gauges, sizes 6mm-38mm. Sizes (in mm): 6, 8, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 36, 38.
