This rail lifter is designed to hoist T89 residential rails. It consists of (1) lifting device that latches onto the fishplate at the bottom of the rail via a pin, and (1) rail halo that attaches to the top of the rail and provides stability. The hoisting rope runs through the fist grips on the rail halo and attaches to the shackle on the lifting device.
