Information

The Crete-Sleeve® plastic blockout sleeve allows you to create a 3" diameter opening in up to 8-1/2" of concrete. Easy to install, cost effective, and very lightweight. Two sleeves can be stacked on top of each other to provide blockouts for floors up to 14-1/2" thick.
