Wurtec’s Omega Rail Spreader is a simple and effective tool for spreading elevator omega rails. To use, simply insert the rail spreader into the back of an omega rail and rotate the bolt clockwise. The tool’s cam action will spread the rail, allowing you to easily install the splice tube.
