The D-bolt anchorage connector is installed into concrete by drilling a hole with a hammer drill, inserting the anchor, and torqueing the nut to expand the insert. Can be installed vertically or overhead for attachment of lifeline or shock-absorbing lanyard. Meets applicable OSHA and ANSI standards.
