This 2.0 lbs/ft compensation cable is designed for use on elevators with rated speeds no greater than 700 FPM (3.56 m/s) and at operating temperatures of -20⁰ C to +60⁰ C. This fire-retardant PVC-coated chain offers high flexibility for small loop width and low-noise operation. An installation hardware kit is available. Dampening devices are recommended to minimize cable sway for higher-speed applications (> 30 FPM or 1.78 m/s).
