Once Again, Wurtec Is One of Toledo's Top Workplaces

Wurtec is officially one of Toledo, Ohio’s “Top Workplaces” of 2024.

The national Top Workplaces program bestows this honor annually on companies around the country, based entirely on the results of a confidential employee satisfaction survey. This marks the eighth year Wurtec has nabbed the award.

In our hometown of Toledo, winners are announced in a special edition of The Blade, the city’s leading newspaper, and earn an invitation to an awards dinner.

People Operations Manager Tarah Pinkert was among the representatives of Wurtec who attended the dinner on January 25th. She noted, “We’re thrilled to have received this award again, and of course we have no one to thank but our employees – both for their positive response to the survey, and for creating the upbeat and family-oriented culture that makes Wurtec unique.”

The dinner attendees took home a Top Workplaces trophy that is now displayed proudly with seven others in the lobby of Wurtec’s corporate headquarters in Toledo, Ohio.
